Edit: rsiasta wins! It is, in fact, some species of gull. Judging by its location, probably a herring gull, but it's a crappy photo, so that's hard to say.

Unfortunatley she's sleeping. It was supposed to be a nap, one that I was supposed to wake her up from at 8. I tried waking her up then but I got yelled at because she thought it was Saturday at 8, not 8 in the evening, and when I corrected her on that she responded with something like "Oh" and went back to sleep.

Yep! That's what it is, actually! And they're still debating it over at the forum I grabbed the link from. ::sigh:: Actually, it's pretty much everyone going OMG IT'S A FREAKING SEAGULL and the one person who posted going PROVE IT and they're all like ...BUT IT'S A SEAGULL! For 11 pages now. There have been detailed explanations proving its gull-ness, and the poster still won't give in because they want it to be right. Gave me quite a laugh.
