Edit: rsiasta wins! It is, in fact, some species of gull. Judging by its location, probably a herring gull, but it's a crappy photo, so that's hard to say.

Awww. If it hasn't been guessed in a couple days, I'll post another link to a similar UFO photo taken in the UK. XD Not that that would actually help. But it's not hard to do.
