Hay guize, I made these awesome cookies yesterday and wish to share the recipe because they are super delicious.



Oatmeal cranberry orange cookies

1 cup (2 sticks) salted butter, softened
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups oats
1 cup dried cranberries (or orange-flavored dried cranberries)
zest from one orange

Heat oven to 350 F
Beat together butter and sugars until creamy
Add eggs, vanilla, and orange zest; beat well
In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt, then add to wet mixture
Stir in oats and cranberries
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet
Bake 10-12 minutes

Result: SUPER DELICIOUS SEE I TOLD YOU SO

Coconut. I've had the box of mix since Savannah, lol. We decided that BSG called for pudding. I like playing with it because it looks like disgusting medical experiments gone wrong. And tastes delicious.
