So, okay, I usually don't care a whole lot about actual Halo. The games are entertaining, but, you know, I don't have a 360 anyway so it doesn't much matter. But this trailer for ODST? Incredible. It makes me think that if they ever do actually make a live-action Halo movie, I just might go see it. And so I can't help but wonder if that's part of the point of this trailer, in addition to advertising ODST.

Speaking of movies, going to go see 9 tonight. Woo~

I know right. Between this and the ones RT has been doing for them, it looks pretty cool. And speaking of those, I can't wait for the third ODST RvB short since it will be made entirely in ODST. Awesome. I'm betting Resolutions will be as least partially filmed in ODST too.

I kind of want the entire Recollection series to stay in Halo 3, personally, just to keep the overall graphics/feel the same through, but I'd be lying if I said the ODST graphics weren't awesome enough to warrant the switch. If I had the money, I'd totally preorder it for Sgt. Johnson awesomeness. I want respect on the battlefield, dammit.

I guess I haven't seen enough of either to notice much difference in the graphics. But yeah, if they're noticeably different, then it wouldn't work so well.

I can only go by what I've seen in the commercials and admittedly, that's not a lot, but at the very least it'd be mostly new levels and things, I think, and it seems to have a bit of a darker feel. If by some fluke I get to play it, I'll be able to tell better. >:

This is true. Hopefully with the next video in the series we can see how RvB would fit in that game.
