Whew!

Just got back from an exhausting but fascinating day. Despite the many wrong turns and fantastic misadventures in attempting to navigate to Spokane, then to the Cat Tales Zoological Park, we did finally get there after about three and a half hours. Spokane is a nightmare to navigate through at times. XD; But wow. The place is a nonprofit big cat park that takes in ex-pets, ex-movie cats, and abandoned cats (and a few bears), gives them a better home, educates people while doing so, and also trains students to be zookeepers at a zoo school they run, which produces some of the best-trained zookeepers in the nation. I'll talk a lot more about this place once I get the photos from Chris and Angela. Sadly, my camera is doing weird things, and I wasn't able to take any myself.

On the way back, Angela and I sang along to Make Believe, and were kind of sad when we realized we hadn't listened to that cd in a long time. So that was a lot of fun to hear it again and find that we still knew all the words. In doing so, I also found that "Pardon Me" is yet another excellent T!Ed song. I'll upload it for you guys and add it to the soundtrack page later tonight.

Now I am going to drink Oolong tea (bought at the Safeway in Spokane. o.o They had a *ton* of Asian food at half price in the back of the store. So we got tea and candy), watch the last two episodes of Battlefield (yay Doctor Who / Arthur nerd-dom collision!), watch the new Doctor Who ep from today, then return somewhere around 1:00 am to RP. Yay.
