Maile looks awesome in pigtails, Chris discovered. So she marched Maile down the hall and we all agreed. Then it was decided that tomorrow would be pigtail day and that we all needed to wear pigtails. Chris' hair is a bit too short for this, but I'm sure we'll figure something out. Angela's and Lydia's is very long. Their pigtails are ridiculous. I am amused. I look stupid with pigtails. Really stupid.

No, I suppose it wouldn't. Definitely gets cold here, though. And I definitely spend a lot more time walking around outside from the dorm to classes and back all day, whereas in high school it was just walking to the bus stop and then back.

I'm pretty much of the opinion that no one over 16 looks good in pigtails (and really, for the most part, no one over 8. But once you can get your driver's license? No more pigtail-workie for certain.) Which isn't to say I didn't wear pigtails my senior year of high school for the DI team I coached. Or wear pigtails to the dining hall on Thursday as a sort of dare so my roomie wouldn't be all alone in being strange (though she can look young enough that they were cute on her). And right now, it's amusing me to great ends that you look way too much like I do in pigtails, save for the glasses, which I lack. (-;
