Yep, went to my brother's graduation, of course. My dad left to get seats for us ahead of time. Conveniently enough, he ran into Mr. Murray and so was able to get into the stadium area ten minutes before parents were supposed to get in, and saved us a bunch of seats in the front row and center, on the track, right behind the staff row. That was pretty cool. We ended up sitting right behind Malone, Mr. Thompson, Mr. Hill, and Ros. XD Ros was unconversational as usual. Anyway, shortly afterward, someone on the left side of the field tossed up a beach ball, and they batted it around until Martens caught it and ripped it open with his teeth. XDDD That was just awesome. After that, though, other random staff, including one guy who looked like a secret service agent, would pick them up. Secret Service dude got most of them. The crowd (not just the graduates, but the parents too) would boo him every time he showed up. In all, there were eight beach ball attempts, including one in the audience, but all were stolen away, alas.

Mr. Thompson gave the graduation speech this year. It was pretty good, I must say. Short and to the point and interesting, mostly based on quotations by Churchill and FDR (as is appropriate for a history teacher). And then some other stuff happened, speeches and music and whatever, nothing too remarkable, although I did find it interesting that this year's senior song was actually written and performed by a student and his friends. They were pretty good.

So overall, I suppose it was a decent graduation ceremony. It was just fun to see my old teachers and stuff like that. Casey's girlfriend's family ordered a bunch of plumeria leis from Hawaii, so Casey's been wearing his all day, and boy does it smell good. Surprisingly, the weather made it up to the mid-70s today, and though it never got extremely sunny, I still got sunburned pretty badly. Lame. I didn't think to put sunscreen on because it was cloudy and cold all day, but somehow at the school it was cloudy and very very warm. With bits of sun. That burned me. -_-

We came back and had champagne (which apparently was good, but I guess I wouldn't know; I tried a few sips but couldn't handle any more than that because alcohol is just gross to me), then we went out to dinner, courtesy of my grandma. Yum. I'm really full. And I'm probably going to be up until 2 AM because I had two glasses of iced tea. XD;

Yeah, that's all. I never could write a good conclusion to any of my papers; this entry is hardly going to be different.

Aw, those poor beach balls... ;__;

That sounds like a lot of fun, though. Well, minus getting the sun burn, but, as we all know, the sun sucks so the joke is on it.

I feel bad for them too. ;_; Although Martens tearing one up with his teeth was just the funniest thing ever.

That certainly had to be. XD So hoping something awesome like that happens at my own graduation next year~

Well, you can help along the awesomeness by supplying everyone with beach balls. XDDD

On a totally unrelated note: GEOGRAPHERS ARE SO COOL OMG.

Yes~ Or I could take a page out of P!Al's book and see if I can get someone to throw lubricant filled condoms at the audience. XDD;

I still need to get there, but RO won't connect to the server. >:( But I have a plan for when I get on. Oh such a plan.

That... omg. Just... wow.

I suggest we try and get there together again, because it seems there are occasionally people who will come along and KILL STEAL ARGH. >_O But I found the best spot to go hunt for them because they're the only aggressive things on the map. The only other things I saw were cats, grand pecos, and maybe a few other things, but nothing that goes chasing after you. It's really nice.

It would be beautiful. ♥

Ooh, sweet. Before we join up again, I'm going to play as my swordy for a while. I've got zip cash and items on my mage, so I'm going to quickly kill some things (won't take long), then transfer the items over. After that I'll be good to go.

Okay, sounds good. Let me know when you're ready or something, 'cause I'm not in-game right now. I'm looking up the proper way to report KSers, in case we need to. That one guy last night was just really annoying.

Yeah, the KSers are a bunch of fucktards. And I'll let you know as soon as I'm ready. Going to try logging back in now, so yay.

It sounds like hostilities between players on maps with geographers is not a rare thing, alas. Alright, have fun.

Murray's speech for Adrian's graduation was probably the best one I'd heard. And man you got to sit next to all the cool people.. I miss Mr. Hill and his drone voice and witty humor.
Oh and Martens just got +5 points in my book.

Murray spoke at last year's, too? Because his speech at ours was amazing.

Martens = so cool. So very cool.

SPAM!

I find it amusing that it got warmer there yesterday, while it's been 60 and raining all weekend here. (Not today though.. pretty~) Oh, the hilarity! XD

We had a nice, long prayer at the graduation here. (I refuse to call it mine. XD;;) It was the lamest ever.

I really can't comprehend that Casey is graduated. That's so... omg. Weird. o__O

Also, while I'm still whining, I can't believe that I've lived here for three years, whaaat? But, really it's okay, because I get to leave tomorrow!! Whee!! ::wiggles::

It's now still pretty warm (70s) but wet wet wet and thundery. Hehe.

Oh boy. It's like enforced Baccalaureate!

You're telling me. O__O
