No, this is the other new one, set in Camelot, with swords and stuff. omg. The Wii Sonic games have been doing this storybook theme that's a lot of fun, and this one's looking like pure awesome already. Sonic was the only playable character in the last one (set in the Arabian Nights) but this one has Sonic, Shadow, and Knuckles all confirmed, and possibly others. ... And Knuckles gets to dual-wield swords. SO COOL.
