Okay, so, the latest exciting rumor on the interwebs: RvB Animated has been picked up by Comedy Central and G4 for thirteen episodes, starting this April, according to a poster on the bungie.org forums. Of course, there's been no official word as to whether any of this is true, and I'm incredibly skeptical, but the timing is right - it's been in progress for about a year or so, and airing in April would mean it would end just before Resolution starts up mid-summer.
I'm betting that if it doesn't come out this year, it'll come out next year, as it's well-known that the guys at RT have been working on promoting it pretty seriously. It is, of course, an AU, as those who are caught up with the current storyline will notice immediately, so don't stare at it all "wtf why is [spoiler] all [spoiler spoiler spoiler]?" and expect it to make sense. But man, I can't wait. Anyone who hasn't seen it, click on that first link there and watch all four minutes of this fantastic bit of animation.
Okay I'm done plugging Red vs B- OH WAIT HANG ON there's a new RvB fanfic archive, so you RvB ficcers out there (which I think there's only like two who read my LJ maybe but hey, spread the news) now have a place other than LJ/ffnet's Halo section/your RT journal to post things. Which is really really handy because I like having things in one place.
